Cancelations and No Shows

*Canceling you appointment with less than 48 hours notice will result in a fee of 50% of your original service cost.
*Same goes for "No-Call No-Shows"
*No-Shows will be on a two strike basis and will not be rebooked after the second No-Show without prior contact.

Messages

*Please do not "unsubscribe" to my automated reminder and confirmation messages.
*Any "unconfirmed" appointments will not be honored by me. (if you did not confirm, you no longer have an appointment)
*After three counts of non-confirmation, you will no longer be allowed to rebook.

Miscellaneous

*If you come to your appointment sick, you will be required to reschedule.
*I do not use any none professional products, please do not bring in your own color or styling products.
*I do not offer refunds on hair services
*Occasionally your hair appointment time may need to be pushed back or changed due to the unforeseen natures of color chemicals; if a prior appointment is taking longer than expected, your appointment time may need to be altered. These things are out of the stylists control.
*All services need to be booked via my booking link "unless" you already have your credit card on file with me.
*All solid blonde clients that come in with an inch or more of grow-out, will automatically be considered a "color correction" charge.
*I must know, prior to all color appointments, exactly what color you are going for. If you change your mind on your goal last minute, there is no guarantee that I can achieve that goal. This is due to possible limitations of time and/or product.
*If you do not follow the aftercare instructions I have given you for your hair (products, routine, etc.) I cannot guarantee the quality and lifespan of you color or treatment service. I do not offer free touch-ups or refunds on a service that was not maintained using my specific instructions.
